Space and Setup Requirements for Our Photo Booths

To ensure a seamless experience with our photo booth hire services, please note the following minimum requirements:

  • Space: A covered area of 5m x 5m is necessary to accommodate our photo booths.

  • Power: Access to power outlets is required for the booth’s operation.

  • Setup and Pack Down: We’ll need 2 hours for setup prior to the event and 1 hour for pack down afterward.

  • WIFI: A reliable WIFI connection is needed for instant sharing features (if applicable).

  • Props Table: A larger table is preferred to display more fun props for guests to enjoy.


Please note: A surcharge will apply during peak periods, holidays/public holidays, and for last-minute bookings. Prices include travel and parking, though additional charges may apply for excessive travel outside the standard inclusions.

**** Terms and Conditions for "Get an Extra Hour Free" Special Offer ****

  1. Eligibility:

    • This offer is available to all customers who book The Photobooth's services for events taking place between September 1st and November 30th, 2024.

  2. Booking and Payment:

    • To qualify for the offer, customers must make a booking between September 1st and November 30th, 2024.

    • The initial deposit must be paid at the time of booking.

    • The full invoice amount must be paid before the event date.

    • The offer is only applicable to bookings where the event is held within the promotional period (September 1st - November 30th, 2024).

  3. Offer Details:

    • Eligible customers will receive an additional hour of photo booth hire at no extra cost.

    • The free hour will be automatically added to the booked event duration.

  4. Exclusions:

    • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

    • The offer is subject to availability. The Photobooth reserves the right to decline bookings if the desired date and time are fully booked.

  5. Modifications and Cancellations:

    • Any changes to the booking that result in the event being held outside of the promotional period will disqualify the customer from receiving the free hour.

    • If the event is canceled, the offer will be void, and any refund or rescheduling will be subject to The Photobooth’s standard terms and conditions.

  6. General:

    • The Photobooth reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

    • This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other services.

    • By participating in this offer, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
